Download the 'Club Registration Form' to take to your club and complete as you MUST have correct information for the entry to be accepted. If there are errors, the system will reject the entry.
Select your Club from the pull down menu to the left. Then enter in the Club Head Coach, Club Coach or Membership Secretary BJC book number and the the correct email address for that BJC book number.
NOTE: The above BJC book number and email address MUST match those as recorded on the BJC database or your entry will not be accepted. This is a security feature. If your email address is not accepted (possibly because there is no email address stored) you must contact BJC HQ so that your record can be updated. See bottom of page.
For each contestant entering, you must enter in their BJC book number (number only), the current grade, the date of birth and the current weight. This should be the contestants ACTUAL weight.
The system will automatically check that the date of birth matches the BJC book number for that person. If it does not, the entry will not be accepted. This is a security check.
If the grade does not match the detail on the BJC database, the entry will still be accepted but BJC HQ will be notified and you may be contacted to clarify when and/or where the grade was obtained. This is for reasons of contestant safety.
The 'Guest Members' section at the bottom is to allow you to enter in a BJA/AJA contestants who wishes to enter under your club name.
If upon pressing 'Register' you find that the submission is not accepted you will be able to see which entries are causing the problem by the red box at the top of the page which will detail the entries which do not match the BJC database. You then have the following options:
Contact BJC HQ (see below) in order to resolve the issues.
If you are completing this submission on a public computer (eg. at an Internet cafe) you may have no option but to abandon it and try again later once you have resolved the issues.
If you are completing this submission on your own computer you can leave the window open until the problem entries are resolved, even if this is for a day or two. Once the errors have been corrected you can then re-submit.
Or of you wish to complete the submission now without correcting the problem entries, you can simply delete the line that is causing the problem and then submit the other entries. At a later date, once the problem entry has been resolved you will be able to re-submit that entry.
